Die Nutzung der von der Landesvermessung und Geobasisinformation Brandenburg (LGB) bereitgestellten Dienste (im Folgenden Geoservices genannt) erfolgt auf der Grundlage der zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Leistung gueltigen Bedingungen fuer die Nutzung digitaler topographischer Daten bzw. Geodienste der Landesvermessung (http://www.geobasis-bb.de/GeoPortal1/pdf/AGNB.pdf). Die LGB besitzt alle Rechte an den von ihr bereitgestellten Geoservices.
