Abstract

This service provides starting from October 2010 middle resolution orthoimagery of Austria and is intended to support open Data communities such as openstreetmap.org in creating new or enhancing free spatial data. This service is provided for the time being, there is no guarantee for long-term availability.

The content of this service is copyright by GEOIMAGE-AUSTRIA(R) and protected by law. This WMS can be used by anybody for private, governmental and non-profit purposes. Use for Commercial purposes is NOT allowed, however secondary products (created on basis of this service) are not subject to this non-commercial restriction as long as these secondary products are made freely available e.g. under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license. Systematic mass caching of data (to create a local copy of the dataset) is NOT allowed - onlineuse (GetMap, GetCapabilities) only. Cascading of this service is NOT allowed.
